Here's some useful coronavirus guidance from the NHS Scotland and a youtube video about what 2 metres looks like - how about 23 ducklings crossing the street? One to share with the kids.

We have transformed the sports hall! No more chilly concrete walls. No more echoes. No more noisy ventilation fan. Energy efficient lighting. And new safety radiator covers to arrive in the next few weeks.
Funding for this project has come from a number of sources.
We were awarded a grant of £19,976.64 from the Scottish Government’s Community Climate Asset Fund in January 2021. This grant went towards insulated the walls, energy-efficient lighting and a new ventilation fan. CCAF also funded a new centralised heating control system throughout the Centre, allowing us to control heating in individual rooms according to usage without wasting heat on unoccupied rooms. All these improvements will help us to reduce local carbon emissions through reducing usage of gas and electricity. Keep Scotland Beautiful/CCAF
Funding for the acoustic panels and new radiator covers, as well as various other related costs, has been provided by grants from Fife Environmental Trust, the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund, The Co-op Local Community Fund and Fife Council, and by a generous donation from Auchtermuchty Karate.
